1. Conditions of Return:
In order to make a return, it is mandatory to contact our customer service before sending the product. You can contact us by e-mail: artestar123@gmail.com, providing your order information and reason for return.
- The product must be in its original condition, without having been used, damaged or modified.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, manuals and accessories provided.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Only regular priced items can be refunded, special priced items cannot be refunded.
2. Return Process
Once you have contacted our customer service and your return request has been approved, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment of the product.
It is important that you follow our instructions and use a shipping method that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned products that are lost during shipment.
3. Return Costs
Shipping costs and any other charges related to the return of the product shall be borne by the customer, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund, unless the reason for the return is attributable to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Returned Product Shipment
It is important that you send the product back within 3 days after approval of the return request.
We recommend that you use a reliable shipping service that provides a tracking number. In addition, be sure to pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport.
After shipping the returned product, please provide the tracking number to our customer service in time after delivery.
5. Inspection and Reimbursement Processing
Once we have received the returned product and it has been verified that it complies with the return conditions, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
We reserve the right to recalculate the price of returned products based on their condition and any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on customized or made-to-order products, unless they are defective in workmanship.
We do not accept returns on products that have been used, intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.
